About Us
Turnaround Management Association Slovak Republic c.a.
The Turnaround Management Association Slovakia Republic c.a. (hereinafter as ”TMA“ or ”TMA Slovakia“) is a newly established civil association, which is a partner branch of the Turnaround Management Association, established in Chicago, USA in 1988.
The TMA is an association of independent experts in the fields of “turnaround management”, insolvency law and corporate finance. It serves as an interdisciplinary platform for cooperation and sharing of knowledge and experience between people dealing with the topics of restructuring, crisis management, insolvency and its solving.
It promotes high ethical and professional standard in all activities related to insolvency and its solving.
